Shipping:

We charge a flat fee of £7.00 for UK deliveries, and £25.00 for the rest of the world, using DHL Express.

All UK deliveries should arrive in 24 hrs if made before noon on the previous working day, all international deliveries 2-3 days.

Returns:

If you would like to return something you’ve bought please email info@speciale324.com, using your order number as reference.

We will then arrange collection from you via courier. Provided no more than 28 days have passed since your purchase, and the items are still in their original condition, we will issue a full refund. Partial refunds for orders with multiple items/and or exchanges are also allowed.

Customs & Duties:

All prices on the website will display in local currency, but do not include duties or local VAT (sales tax), which you may be charged on import. Prices do include UK VAT. For any orders shipped outside of the UK you will receive a refund of VAT following your purchase.
