How long do deliveries take?

For all orders we aim to dispatch within 24 hours. If an order is made before noon, it will normally be dispatched the same day.

For UK orders, we used Tracked 1st Class, it should usually take 24-48 hours. If you require it sooner, please email us, and we can arrange expedited shipping.

For international orders, we use DHL Express. For Europe this should usually take 24-48hrs, for the US 48hrs, and rest of the world 72hrs.

Can I return my order, and how do returns work?

Yes, provided no more than 28 days have passed since your purchase, and the items are in their original condition, we will issue a full refund. Partial refunds for orders with multiple items are also allowed.

Can I exchange my order?

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

My order is a gift, will there be any pricing visible?

No, all ticketing and pricing will be removed from an online order. It will not affect your ability to return.

Do prices include duties?

Yes, we ship DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). The duty fees related to the contents of your order will be applied at checkout, along with shipping, and you will not be charged again when your order passes customs.

Will/when my size be restocked?
